ShipClock updates itself in the background via Sparkle. Here's what shipped in each version.

·The activation screen now has a way back for anyone who bought ShipClock and cannot find their key, straight to the customer portal
·Fixed: deactivating a Mac could fail without saying so. The button appeared to do nothing, and the licence stayed on the Mac
·When the licence service will not take an activation back, you can now remove it from this Mac anyway, and we will free the slot for you

·The dashboard is now Insights, and it opens with the apps and websites your time actually went to across the period you pick, not just the last few sessions
·What breaks your focus now shows each culprit with its own icon, so you recognise it at a glance
·A refresh button in the header, on Command-R
·Start a session became View session while one is running, instead of a button you cannot press
·Fixed: a wrong or rejected license key failed silently. The activation screen showed nothing at all, whether the key was mistyped, already on too many Macs, or the network was down. Every case now says what happened
·Fixed: deactivating a Mac in Settings left the app running unlicensed until the next quit. It now confirms, frees the license, and quits
·Fixed: deactivating while offline could free your license on this Mac without releasing the slot, so reactivating said the key was already on too many devices

·A new Apps & websites section in the session report: everything you touched, ranked by time, with focused and drift time split out for each one
·Websites now show their own icon, fetched straight from the site itself rather than through a favicon service, so your browsing never goes to a third party
·The report opens with a focus ring instead of a flat percentage, and the timeline is clearer about where the time went
·Sessions with no recorded activity now say so, rather than showing an empty percentage

·Your work apps are set once and reused. Every session starts from that list instead of asking you to rebuild it, and you can change it for one session or for good
·Onboarding now asks which apps are work for you, rather than asking you to name a goal you will never look at again
·Naming a session is optional — choose your apps, pick a length, start
·Edit your work apps any time in Settings
·The panel ends where its content ends, with no scrollbar down an empty gap

·Fixed: website tracking could never work in a released build. The app was missing the entitlement macOS requires to read a browser's tab, so the permission dialog could not appear at all
·ShipClock now checks for updates every hour instead of once a day

·Fixed: the Connect button for website access did nothing in 2.0.0, so websites could never be identified. It now asks macOS properly
·ShipClock finds every browser installed on your Mac, not just the ones already open — and can open a closed one to ask for access
·Drift shows up after 5 seconds instead of 12, and you can change how forgiving it is in Settings
·Naming a session is optional. Choose your apps, pick a length, start — untitled sessions are grouped by the work they allow
·Automatic stop moved to Settings, so the planner is shorter
·The activation screen showed the old logo. It's Pip now, like everywhere else

·ShipClock is now a focus app. Give a session a goal, a length, and the apps and websites that count as work — Pip keeps the time in your notch
·Drift, seen gently: when you move to something outside your work list, Pip changes colour instead of locking you out
·Daily cargo — every finished session becomes a container on your ship, with a gold window showing how focused it was
·Insights: a performance score, what breaks your focus, how long your runs survive, and the sessions worth repeating
·Everything stays on your Mac. Tracking is off until you turn it on, and you choose how long the raw activity is kept
·Settings and Quit now live at the bottom of the notch panel — no more menu bar icon
