Agreement

These terms cover your use of ShipClock, a macOS app made by an independent developer. Installing or using the app means you agree to them.

License

ShipClock is sold as a one-time purchase that includes a personal-use license for 1 Mac. The license is for you (or your team, if purchased for one) — it isn't for resale or redistribution.

We may update the license terms for future major versions, but a license you've already purchased will keep working the way it did when you bought it.

Payments & refunds

Checkout is handled by Polar. If ShipClock isn't for you, email support@shipclock.app within 14 days of purchase for a full refund, no questions asked.

Acceptable use

Don't use ShipClock to violate GitHub's terms of service, attempt to reverse-engineer the license validation, or redistribute the app outside of the official download.

Third-party services

ShipClock connects to GitHub and Polar to function. Your use of those services is subject to their own terms — we aren't responsible for their availability or how they handle your data beyond what's described in our Privacy Policy.

No warranty

ShipClock is provided as-is. We work hard to keep it reliable, but we can't guarantee it will be error-free or available at all times — GitHub outages, macOS updates, and the like are outside our control.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of ShipClock, including missed deadlines it failed to notify you about. Use good judgment — the countdown is motivation, not a guarantee.

Changes

We may update these terms as the product evolves. We'll update the date at the top of this page when we do, and note anything material on the Updates page.
